#3761: Units cannot be selected after research selection

Problem discovered while playing campaign.
After picking artifact to research from the list (with research facilities
bar still on), i am unable to select any unit. In order to be able to
select units, closing research menu completely is necessary.
Also, selected units are unselected while opening research menu.
