Are not really the same thing.
The point of that message was to show people it is FLOSS, since those
scam auction type sites, (as well as the others that don't say where
they got the game from in their installers) pre-install the game on to
CD, so the user didn't see any installer message or anything else...
We have had a couple complaints on the forum, and a few e-mails as
well about this issue.
That is when we talked about what to write on the ML.
