#3917: Fix building on OpenBSD due to lack of sys/ucontext.h header

Attached is a patch being pushed upstream from the OpenBSD ports tree to
resolve a build issue. OpenBSD doesn't have the sys/ucontext.h header so
including it unconditionally causes the build to fail. So only include it
if autoconf detects the presence of the header.
