Single Player Campaign.
Moving from one campaign to the next, the power transfer fails outright.
You are supposed to get the power saved up from the former campaign, but
when the message appears, nothing happens.
This is a very old bug (from v2 at least), and has grown worse as the
problem first arose when loading the start of campaign 2 or 3 failed to
yield any power whatsoever.
Now there's no power transfer at all between Cam 1 and Cam 2. I've not
tested Cam 2 -> Cam 3 yet.
