#4013: Game not work

I tried to open port 2100 in firewall, next I deleted all rules that was
for wz.
Now, I try to start the game, get 50% use or processor and black monitor
with mouse.
What to do?I tried to reinstall, I tried look and delete in regedit, I
dont know what to do.
Latest version.
