#4090: Warning message popup

Every half hour the screen goes black and I have to go to the desktop to
click the warzone icon that has given a popup saying: could not open
templates ini. After I click on 'Ok' the game commences. It is just really
annoying to keep getting this popup.
I am using Warzone 3.1.0 on Windows 8 32 bit. This issue did not happen to
me in the original non community version which was 2.4 or something.
