#4132: New Version of Warzone 2100 Crashes at Startup

When I start up Warzone 2100 3.1.1 RC3, it crashes instantly. All I see is
a black screen, then I have to to CTRL+ALT+Delete to get back to the
desktop. According to the Task Manager, the game is still running but was
terminated unexpectedly. I tried to find the crash dump file, but
unfortunately could not. I did however get a pic of the error, and will
also try to upload the WZLog.
