Recently I discovered that all upgrades (such as "engineering" and
"hardened mg bullets") are not working by using "droidinfo". Particularly,
research speed upgrades don't work, and this caused me to lose Gamma 8.
Please fix this.
Everything in skirmish/mp is working. This bug only occurs in campaign.
