I recently figured out about this single player addon. Latest version is
r20, which i have now. For clearity i'm runing wz only with this addon.
Exact file name: cam4-cont-r20.wz from here:

. Don't know, is it game or addon bug...

It is said, that it is closely related to contingency mod. But adding this
mod doesn't solve problem (probably it is included to delta).
