#4284: Warzone v3.1.2 Beta 08 artefacts bug

For some reason the base on beta campaign mission 8 the one where you have
to take out the uplink drops 4 artefacts however only 3 of them actually
give you new things to research either there is missing tech or the game
is not supposed to be dropping 4 artefacts on this level either way this
is clearly a bug that needs investigating.
