#4287: Bad quality HU translations

An example of the totally bad HU translation:
"Texture compression" is translated to "Szöveg tömörítése". The word
"texture" is constantly translated to "szöveg", but "texture" is not
"text" ("text"="szöveg"). Texure is a picture that is stretched on the
surface of a virtual 3D object. The exact translation for "texture" is
"felület képe", and there is a commonly used word for this: "textúra" came
from the original English word.
Also "PO-Revision-Date: 2023-11-27 20:18+0100\n" contains false date...
I saw some more (mostly minor) issues in the hu.po (github/master).
Please notify translators about the importance of translation quality, and
that the usage of automatic translation feature (of poedit in this case)
is not recommended!
