#4338: Events break order queue

Hello,
When giving orders to build some buildings using SHIFT key to a vehicle.
Sometime, the order queue is suddenly canceled and adding another order to
queue is not possible (All previous orders are canceled when giving a new
order).
I have impression that events are the cause of this unexpected order
cancel.
I call events thing like "Construction completed", "Research completed",
... that come with the voiceover.
