#4359: No survivors left from sub_3_1 in cam3c (hard difficulty)

Hello, i'd like to report a bug that consists on the army that is "saved"
from the detonation blasts of the nuclear missiles (sub_3_1) don't seem to
appear again in the mision cam3c and only appears the team gamma rescue
units, to be more specific the surviving army was a commander followed by
HPV and assault machinegun tanks and two trucks, i leave this link with a
screenshot:

(im using the debug mode to fast foward the levels, because i tried to
restart the misions, but i also forgot to save an alternative to the
mision before it, but seems the problems)
in other additions, the gameplay was on hard, purple team (or pink) the
campagin was started from the 3.1.5 version.
