#4414: Crash after pan? after running for a couple minutes?

 I've tried disabling shadows, but I'm experiencing the following crash.
 I've been attempting to play the Back to Basics challenge. I send the
 starting trucks to the middle, que 3 new trucks, start res in each lab,
 the first truck is produce, it's ordered to building a power gen.
 Sometimes the generator construction is started, sometimes not:
