#4438: Unable to build command unit

After getting back from the mission where the Command Turret is aquired, i
was not able to build it. I have it when i want to create a design, but it
disapear when i leave the page. This is the only turret i am not able to
create a design for. I am not sure, but i asume it might have been
triggered because i desided to make all research in the mission away from
the base, where i build a Command Center to get access to the Comman
Turret research. I also created a design for a tank in that mission.
