Hello,
I just played the mission where you're supposed to decode missiles, but
the satellite bombed them about 20 minutes before decoding step 3 was
done. Are you sure that each of those three steps is supposed to take 25
minutes? That's quite a long time of waiting.
I attached a save file for the corresponding mission.
