#4462: Warzone has Crashed

Everytime i put to play, doesn't matter if it's campaingn or online, the
game crashes.
My PC it's an Dell Inspiron 5448
Intel Core i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz / 4 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 5500 - Version 20.19.15.4463 - 25/05/2016
I do not have saved games, i can't even play on this version.
Version 3.1.5 works fine.
