#4470: 3.2.1 won't start

Hi, I recently installed 3.2.1 after having run many previous versions on
my computer for many months (love the game). I'm running Win 10 with 16GB
RAM, 64-bit OS. I have updated all video drivers.
After I installed the game, it started fine, so I went into the display
settings and updated to fullscreen and 1600x900, which is what the game
ran on in my last version of Warzone.
I closed and restarted Warzone 2100 3.2.1 and now every time I try and
start the game, I get this message: "Warzone has crashed." I'll attach
the log file for more information.
