#4486: Missing Files Preventing OSX Build

The following files are missing from /wzmaster/3rdparty/miniupnpc
bsdqueue.h
declspec.h
I don't know if they are the right versions but I found the same file
names here https://github.com/tobez/snmp-query-engine and here
https://github.com/miniupnp/miniupnp/blob/master/miniupnpc-
libevent/declspec.h
This is preventing me from compiling on OSX using the OneStepWZMasterBuild
so I'm not sure if this is a WZ file issue, or a OneStepWZMasterBuild
issue.
