 Fixes #4479
 Campaign transporters for both the player and the enemy can be destroyed.
 A win or loss is triggered upon whatever one happened. This stops the bug
 where the transport sits on the ground being invincible and forces players
 to restart before that happens.

 It can be tested with the game save the author of #4479 provided.
