Pressing 'Enter' while the game is paused breaks keyboard input. The mouse
is unaffected.
In the attached log I pressed the following keys:

<F1> //Production
<Ctrl-U> //select all units
<Right-Click> //to unselect all units
<Escape> //pauses game
<Enter>bar<Enter> //a second Enter is accepted
<Esc> //no effect
