#4588: Beta 2 ends too soon

When I reload saved games in Version 3.2.3 from beta 2 I get in the middle
of the stage the message, that the units are saved and the stage ends,
despite I didn't reach the Transporter. These happens with saved games
from the beginning and the middle of beta 2. With a saved game of the end
of beta 1 everything is ok.
When I reload these saved games with master I get also the message, that
the units are saved, but the stage didn't end. This happens with saved
games from the middle of beta 2. With the saved game of the beginning of
beta 2 everything worked fine. Only a new error message occured.
I added the saved games from 3.2.3 and master and the logs.
