Upon entering the intelligence screen, background music is paused -- to be
resumed upon leaving it. While the intelligence screen is running, this
music
* is paused before clicking on a mission widget and resumed afterwards
* pauses after clicking on a research widget
This patch ensures that background music is always played while the
intelligence screen is visible.
