When configuration option 'rotateRadar' is set to 'true' (the default), an
arrow on the left side of the minimap labelled with the letter 'N' faces
northwards. I dislike it, because
* it looks ugly (the main reason)
* it conveys no useful information (the map already rotates, and in which
direction the view is aligned does not matter)
This patch removes it.
