Pressing the buttons labeled "Tab Scroll Left" or "Tab Scroll Right"
scrolls up to 7 tabs (i.e. the number of tabs that can be displayed
simultaneously) at a time.
I prefer it to scroll only one tab. This patch enables that behaviour.
