 When the configuration file option rotateRadar was set to false, all
 minimaps of a size divisible by 16 used the point sampling texture filter
 GL_NEAREST instead of linear filtering with GL_LINEAR (see attached image
 [raw-attachment:minimap_pixelation.png]).

 The attached patch fixes the problem.
