#4820: Single FPS when using 4:3 1080p and 2160p.

FOr some reason 1440x1080 and 2880x2160 which are the 4:3 appropriate
resolutions used on 4k/2160p monitors causes the game to run a sub 1fps on
the main menu. you see every single frame getting drawn (fully but one
frame at a time). I am assuming this is a glitch and not normal. Unsure if
this game needs non-typical resolutions added in before functionality is
there.
