I'd like to nominate Morgan Delagrange as a committer for Watchdog. Morgan is already a commiter in the Commons and Taglibs projects, and has contributed a very significant amount of work toward the conversion of Watchdog from GTest to the Latka framework. It would be beneficial to allow the work to continue as a Watchdog committer.
