This is what i am doing........
D:\gems>gem install watir-1.6.2.gem

watir requires commonwatir = 1.6.2
D:\gems>gem install commonwatir-1.6.2.gem
ERROR: While executing gem ... (RuntimeError)
Error instaling commonwatir-1.6.2.gem:
commonwatir requires user-choices >= 0
D:\gems>gem install user-choices-1.1.0.gem
ERROR: While executing gem ... (RuntimeError)
Error instaling user-choices-1.1.0.gem:
user-choices requires xmp-simple >= 1.0.11
