Hi Allen,

This is an OLE error.
Seems like ie = Watir::IE.new didnt connect to the IE com.
Hence couldnt find the navigate method of the com object.

This occurs sometimes ... a restart might fix this.
If not you would have to check your ruby installation -

try the below from irb-
require 'win32ole'
ie = WIN32OLE.new('InternetExplorer.Application')
ie.Navigate('http://google.com')

Check if the above is working ... ??
