Thanks for the reply,I am working on the same issue.
No the radio button is not rendered as a result of selection of list.Both the selection list and radio button are on same Ajax response page.It is just that on IE I am able to select the list and then I will click the radio button.I tried putting sleep in between them, still did not work.
