I've factored out the bulk of Celerity's rspec suite to a separate
project, available on GitHub at

  http://github.com/jarib/watirspec/tree/master

The idea is to allow other implementations to use the repository as a
git submodule in their projects. See the README for details.
The project consists of 950+ rspec examples and is released under a
BSD license.

There's probably some work left to rid the suite of
Celerity/JRuby-specific tests, but it should be quite usable already.
(I haven't yet been able to complete a full spec run on any other
implementation though - working on it!)
