enabled_popup is an IE specific method, so it's not defined in FireWatir.
I'm not sure offhand if there's a specific way to query for dialogs, there
likely is, I just haven't used it very much, maybe someone else can chime
in. If you don't find anything, you can add a Jira ticket for the same.
