try this with using autoit
require 'win32ole'
$autoit = WIN32OLE.new('AutoItX3.Control')
ie.frame(:index, 3).button(:id,'#ICSave').focus
$autoit.Send("{ENTER}") # it will perform your onclick event
sleep(5)
txt = ie.clickprompt()
