Anand, Have you "suddenly" changed something on your computer that may correspond to the sudden error you are now seeing? I'd start looking there.
What is the HTML that you are testing against that causes this error? What is the Watir code that you are using to test it? What is the command that is failing? If you could supply answers to these question then it would be much easier to assist.
