Here is the line of code I used.

However, I can visibly see Watir activate the item, however the webpage
does nothing. This is where I'm lost, I don't know what I am missing or
what I should be doing that will cause this to activate on the website. I
did attach a document in my previous post of what I'm working with. Any
help on how this needs to be coded to get this to work would be extremely
helpful.
