I would like to copy images using Watir and then import them into
excel. I had something like this going...
#open new Watir instance
def ie_address(address)
@browser = Watir::Browser.new
@browser.goto address
end
#open excel stuff....
#paste into excel
def scrape2xl(selector, start_row, column)
@page_html = Nokogiri::HTML.parse(@browser.html)
items = @page_html.search(selector).map(&:text).map(&:strip)
@worksheet.setproperty('Cells', start_row, column, x)
end
from there I type in the internet address, the img selector, the cells
that excel would paste it into
