Thank you Ethan and Adam so so so so much! You guys solved my problem. We had similar problem that we stupidly named our ruby test file watirgrid which is the same file in the watirgrid gem. It literally took me a week trying to poke around even inside the source code of the watirgrid to find out why. it was killing me as it doesn't make sense at all the sample code from watirgrid not working. What an interesting human error this is :)
