Tried as below as well but still its not selecting the active currentdate:

 @browser.span(:class => "add-on sm-icon-calendar").click
@browser.a(:class => "ui-state-default ui-state-highlight 
ui-state-active").click

*Throwing below error :*
* unable to locate element, using {:class=>"ui-state-default 
ui-state-highlight ui-state-active", :tag_name=>"a"} 
(Watir::Exception::UnknownObjectException)*


Any suggestion?
