I have recently noticed that new WATIR versions released, it's 6.4 now, but
still I have been using WATIR version 6.2.1 So I decided to upgrade my
WATIR but it's throwing following error
C:\Users\Rajagopalan>gem install watir
ERROR: Could not find a valid gem 'watir' (>= 0), here is why:
Unable to download data from https://rubygems.org/ - SSL_connect

I am using Ruby 2.3.3
