Inline blips inherit styles from the parent blip.

The style of the parent blip is extended on the inline blips. That also
includes the blip metabar, not only text.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new blip and write some text.
2. Append some style to a text, for example make it Heading 2.
3. Select the text and click on "reply" - inline blip should appear under the
selected text.
Expected: The blip is rendered is usually, with metabar menu regular sized and
all the text inside the inline blip is rendered without any style.
Actual: Everything is rendered with the inherited style. Even the metabar
appears larger, and all the text is styled with H2.
