The standard dialog box that is used for adding a new participant doesn't look
nice, it would be better to replace it with a WIAB popup.
The dialog is launched from ParticipantController class. It woul be nice to
replace it with a popup. Take a look at EditToolbar class - it launches some
popups, like the attachment popup - AttachmentPopupWidget.
