David Hearnden commented on WAVE-329:
-------------------------------------
On Mac (both Firefox and Chrome/Safari), the default leading for Arial Unicode
MS is more suitable for reading than the default leading for Arial. The
glyphs, however, are indistinguishable to me.
On Linux (both Firefox and Chrome), Arial Unicode MS is often not installed, so
the font setting has no effect (some Times-ish serif font usually gets used
instead). Arial would be better there.
Changing to Arial sounds good to me, but please ensure that the
leading/lineheight remains ~1.35 (that's the GWave setting). If WIAB isn't
already doing so, it should probably be explicitly setting the lineheight for
flowing text anyway.

> The default font in Wave-in-a-Box is "Arial Unicode MS" instead of plain
> "Arial." Arial looks much smoother and easier to read, and there does not
> seem to be any reason to keep Arial Unicode MS, so it would make sense to set
> Arial as the default WIAB font.
