I agree.
It exists another related usability problem: many people after replying,
instead to click in Edit, click in Reply (generating a extra blank blip).
So, our proposal is:
Not editing: Edit | Reply | Delete | Link
Editing: Done | Delete | Link
Shortcuts should be in tooltips because of the lack of space, etc (IMHO).
