So, I am still wondering whether WIAB will change to use maven or not?
There are lot of benefits on this, like coverage / packaging / ...
What's the major concern? Would you share me the thread on discussing
this?

And, it is very difficult to keep the mavenized project, because the
structure is totally changed. If the team don't plan to move forward,
I guess it is difficult to work on the mavenized project.
