Selecting some words and trying to add a link via Crlt-K shortcut removes the
selected range of words before showing the link dialog.
Only happens in chorme/chromium.
Seems that this is the normal behavior of ctrl-k shortcut in the textarea of
browsers, so the event seems is not stopped.
