I've been waiting for the design/spec/proposal to reach some point where the working group were all happy with it and ready for wider review. There were some messages in December among that group that suggested it was about there.
The prototype code I hear is in a github repository. That's great - it's hard to get the spec right without implementing it. If the design is ready for wider review someone please post a link to it on this list and we can examine it in detail. The code can follow in the usual code-review procedure. A.
