There's a draft version of "Quick WIAB tutorial" available at

It provides a very quick introduction into Wave in a Box concepts and
explains how to use it. It should be useful for the new users who have no
previous experience with Google Wave, and also for those who already
familiar with "Waving" but want to understand the slight differences between
Google Wave and WIAB. Please note that this tutorial is still in a state of
"work in progress" (which is done by the WIAB community).
