Is wiab using protobufs for the future then? or is it going to move to
a different c/s method?
Is there any roadmap for the communication or is it likely to stick to
what it is.
I've been talking with the (https://github.com/alcinnz/PyOfWave) guys
and we are keen on trying to push for some standard c/s.....a wave
equivalent of IMAP maybe...but its kinda hard to know where to start
as it all seems a bit of a moving target....or am I wrong?

Sorry, been lurking for a bit so I might be out of touch.
