The script that sends the notifications was changed recently, requiring a different subscription to the wave-dev 'allow' list (folks allowed to post without being subscribed), which means the reminder ended up in the moderation queue.
I've fixed the allow list, so future notifications should now get through. Having said that, none of our moderators picked this up - should we add some more moderators for this list?
